The Daily life of a trucker’s wife!

Without trucks,the world stops!!

Stuck in Louisiana

Well we are here in Port Allen Louisiana, stuck until they load my husband. My husband first gets a a load at 4:30 and he is supposed to be at the location at 4:00 p.m. Then we get into traffic to go 7 exits down, and get there about an hour and 15 minutes later. Once we get to the supposed location we missed the street since like always there isn’t a sign and these people thinks we are some sort of fukkin psychic. Well we get to the place and to make long story short they tell my husband that there is a wait to be loaded with 20 trucks in front of him. They take an average of 3 trucks per hour so the wait is about 7 hours just to be called to the dock for them to load the trailer. Then for them to load the trailer god knows how long that will take. So here we are stuck and pissed off until they call us to the dock. In these days I am going to be geting more into detail on how cars can prevent accidents with trucks. Cars don’t have the knowledge on how to drive with trucks on the road, and risk their lives and the lives of others. I want to raise awareness on this subject and the trucking industry. So stay tuned!!

State of Louisiana

100_1839.JPG 100_1837.JPGWell we are currently in the state of Louisiana. We just went through the city of Baton Rouge, and I feel in love with the houses there. My ambitions are to have a house and have a successful business for starters and seeing these homes has given me more inspiration to fight for what I want. Well we are almost near New Orleans. We are going to a city named Port Allen, and then we are heading to Texas.I am so excited, another state to add to my list of new states we have visited.
